Just comming on today to talk about my second time eating Fois Gras. Absolutely loved it. This time it was with the proper liver as apossed to the pate, and it has to have been one of the nicest things I've ever eaten. I was photographing at a nearby restarant, (pictures below) and the we Martine, the owner wanted some images of her best dishes. So we had fois gras, then at the end she opened a bottle of champagne to go with the desert. Perfect.
Also some links to a couple of nice websites. Oliver Douzou is the guy who designs, for free each year, the poster for the Capmomes Childrens Spectacular in the village where I live. I really like his style. Also there is the link for the festival and another website I like.
